A civil engineer graduated from Roorkee, Rajeev Tyagi spent the first years of his career watching fragmented construction destroy budgets, timelines and trust. Every project had a civil contractor who blamed the MEP team. The MEP team pointed at interiors. Nobody owned the outcome.
He started GEC India with the opposite model. First-quality materials- every time, without exception. On-site testing at every structural stage. No subcontracting of accountability- only of specific skills, under GEC India's standards. In 35 years, that standard has not moved once.
